  • PTA Finances
    • Reviewed current funds and budget for upcoming events.
  • Fundraising Opportunity
    • Upcoming Double Good Popcorn Fundraiser (December 5- December 9). 
    • Plans for a Spring Festival fundraiser.
  • Committee Volunteers Needed:
    • Fundraising Committee to organize and execute fundraising events.
    • Volunteer Committee to coordinate support for school events.
    • The Communications Committee will assist with event outreach and materials.
  • November Canned Food and Coat Drive to support families in need.
  • School Leadership Team (SLT):
    • Nominations will be taken from the floor at the election meeting.
  • Next PTA Meeting and Election: Thursday, December 5th at 6:00 pm.

As we are still getting settled and learning more about our roles and the current status of ongoing projects, let's share with you our intention to have the meeting of the Executive Board on the first Thursday of each month.
Please join us for our first General Election of the year on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 10 am to 11 am via Zoom. Also, we would like for Parents to be part of the SLT. It’s an excellent opportunity to hear our plans for the upcoming year and learn about how you can make a difference in our school.

Did you know you automatically become a P94 Parent Teacher Association (PTA) member when your child attends P94? Many families find that PTA participation leads to lifelong friendships that make P94 feel like a second home. We aim for every family to find time to volunteer at the school over the year. That could be something as simple as creating a spreadsheet, organizing bagels for the teachers, or as involved as helping run an event.
